Fassi Skills
A personal registry of AI agent skills and a single command that installs the right ones into any project. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot and Windsurf.
Problem
Every new project meant setting up my agent skills again: remembering which ones I use, where each comes from and which installer it needs. Copying third-party skills into my own repo would fix that, but they would go stale and lose their original licenses.
Solution
A single JSON manifest lists each skill, its source, its category and when to use it. The registry points at the original repositories instead of copying them. The /setup-fassi-skills command reads the project, recommends the skills that fit and installs them for the chosen agents. A second skill, /help-me, takes a task and recommends which skills and development patterns to use, in order.
Result
Setting up a new project takes one command instead of a manual checklist. Adding a skill to the registry is one JSON entry, with no change to the command. Third-party skills stay updatable and keep their own licenses.
How it works
- 01Reads the manifest and surveys the project
- 02Recommends the skills that fit, with a reason for each
- 03Asks how to proceed: recommended, all, pick manually or help me decide
- 04Installs each skill from its original source
- 05Reports what was installed, what failed and the workflow to follow
